How to Check Your EPF (KWSP) Balance & Statement
The official ways to check your EPF balance and download your KWSP statement: the i-Akaun app, the i-Akaun website, a KWSP kiosk and the counter.

You can check your EPF (KWSP) balance and statement through i-Akaun, KWSP's online account, or in person at KWSP. You will see the balance for each of your three accounts: Akaun Persaraan, Akaun Sejahtera and Akaun Fleksibel.

Can I check my EPF with just my IC number?
Not on an ordinary website. Your balance is personal information, so the official online route needs an i-Akaun login, and the in-person route uses your MyKad. Be careful with third-party websites that ask for your IC number or personal details to "check KWSP".
Registering for i-Akaun for the first time
Malaysian citizens and permanent residents can register through the KWSP i-Akaun app. You scan your MyKad, take a selfie to verify your identity (e-KYC), then create a user ID and password.
Downloading a statement
On the i-Akaun website, open your account summary, choose the year you want and download the statement. Keep your statements: they are useful when you apply for a loan or plan your retirement.
